Verse of the Day

Reflection:
The wise men journeyed far, guided by the light of a star, in pursuit of the greatest gift the world had ever received—Jesus Christ. Their response upon encountering Him was one of pure joy and worship. They recognized His worth, bowing down and offering their treasures. Their actions remind us that joy comes from seeking and finding Christ in the midst of life’s journeys. Worship and surrender are natural responses to His presence, and they open our hearts to experience His peace and love in deeper ways.

What gifts can we offer Him today? Perhaps it’s our time, our praise, or the willingness to trust Him with the areas of our lives where we struggle. Like the wise men, we are invited to bring our best to Him, not out of obligation but as an act of love and adoration.

Encouragement:
Today, let the light of Christ guide your steps, just as the star guided the wise men. Rejoice in His presence and remember that true joy is found in worshiping Him with all your heart. No matter where you are or what challenges you face, Jesus is near. Bring your “treasures”—your talents, your time, your faith—and offer them freely, knowing that He is the greatest gift of all.

Lord, thank You for the joy that comes from being in Your presence. Just as the wise men bowed in worship, I bow my heart before You today. Guide me by Your light, and help me to bring my best to You in all that I do. May I walk in joy and faith, knowing that You are with me every step of the way. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
