Verse of the Day

As this Tuesday begins, we might feel caught up in our to-do lists, personal goals, and the many plans we’ve crafted for the week. Yet, today’s verse gently reminds us that, while we may plan, it’s ultimately God’s purpose that will stand. Our plans are important, but they must be flexible to God’s higher calling and design for our lives.

Reflection
When we face moments where things don’t go according to plan, it can be frustrating. However, those moments are opportunities to pause and recognize that God’s purpose is bigger than what we can see. Sometimes, what we perceive as setbacks are actually setups for something greater. The challenge is to trust God’s timing and direction, even when it differs from our own.

As you move through this Tuesday, reflect on this: Are there areas in your life where you’re holding too tightly to your own plans? Is God calling you to let go and trust in His greater purpose?

Encouragement
Trusting God doesn’t mean abandoning our plans, but rather submitting them to Him, knowing His will is perfect. When our plans align with His purpose, we find peace, fulfillment, and a deeper sense of purpose that goes beyond our limited view.

Prayer
Lord, I submit my plans to You today. Help me trust Your purpose even when my plans don’t unfold as I expect. Give me peace to know that Your will always prevails, and guide me through every decision I make. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
